Refund and Returns Policy

1. General Policy

Due to the nature of the products supplied, all sales are final.

Altaro Research does not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been processed and shipped.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

and include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

3. Resolution

If your claim is approved, Altaro Research may, at its discretion:

  • Replace the item
  • Issue a refund
  • Provide store credit

4. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Opened products
  • Used products
  • Products handled outside of original condition

5. Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed or shipped.

6. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the issue is due to an error on our end.
